General Information

We are open from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. We offer full day schedules with a minimum attendance of two days per week.

Locations

6505 NE Martin Luther King Blvd ("North") has two buildings, a preschool building and an infant/toddler building with 160 students daily.

2801 NE Martin Luther King Blvd ("Irvington") Located in the Standard Dairy Building, with 74 students daily.

We are closed for the following days (see Calendar for details and training days)

Tuition is paid on a monthly basis regardless of school closures.

Enrollment

Enrollment forms must be turned in before the first day the child attends the center. Enrollment is not gauranteed until we receive your deposit and your first months' tuition. Please note that deposit and first month's tuition are non-refundable

Available spaces are filled based on a wait list system. Priority for enrollment is given in the following order:

  1. Currently enrolled children (when moving classrooms).
  2. Siblings of currently enrolled children.

Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to terminate services for reasons of delinquency in payment of fees, reaching a third late fee within one year, or inability of the child or parent to comply with the center's policies and procedures.

We are nurturing a community, and in order to maintain continuity and consistency, we want our children to form relationships not only with staff but with their peers. In order to ensure this, it is required that a notice of 60 days be given to withdraw from the program.

60 days advance written notice is required, regardless of child's attendance, for any reduction in schedule. Tuition will be charged at the rate of the original schedule for 60 days after a written request has been received by the director. Any increase in schedule will be based on space availability.

Confidentiality

Information about the health or abilities of any child or a family's status is considered confidential. Such information will be shared with staff only as necessary to meet the needs of the child.

Children who may have suffered a loss of a family member or a pet well need support at home and at the center. Please inform teachers if their has been such a loss.
